The music icon died 6 months ago in a hotel room.
This month, would have also been special for houston, because the last movie she filmed, "sparkle", opens in theaters next week
Rocker, Rick Springfield, has pleaded "No Contest" to settle a DUI case.
He was arrested last year, after deputies spotted him speeding in California.
Springfield is on probation for 3 years.
The paparazzo charged with chasing down Justin Bieber on a California freeway, plans on fighting all charges.
Paul Raef's Attorney says that includes the state's enhanced "Anti-Paparazzi Law."
Raef's arraignment was continued until later this month.
Daredevil Nik Wallenda has done it again.
This time, he completed an "un-harnessed" tight rope walk high above the beach in Atlantic City.
Wallenda walked 1300 feet, while 100 feet above ground.
Back in June, he wore a harness during a similar stunt above Niagra Falls.
