Dolphins Receiver Chad Johnson, formerly known as Ochocinco, was released from jail on a 2500 dollar bond.
According to police, 34-year-old Johnson was arrested after he alleged head-butted his new bride during an argument in the driveway of their Florida home.
She was treated at the hospital for a cut on the  forehead.
Johnson has been charged with simple Domestic Battery and a no contact order was issued.

According to studio estimates, "The Bourne Legacy" made 40 million dollars in its debut.
In second place, Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis'  political comedy "The Campaign"  opening with 27 million.
