HOLLYWOOD - The man accused of breaking into LL Cool J's home Wednesday morning, has been charged with burglary.
Police say the rapper and actor woke up to find 56-year-old Jonathan Kirby, in his kitchen, and held him until officers arrived.
Kirby, who's now recovering from a broken nose, jaw, and ribs, faces 38 years to life in prison if convicted as a third striker.
John Lennon's killer, Mark David Chapman, was denied parole again for the seventh time.
Chapman pleaded guilty to killing the Beatle outside of his Manhattan apartment back in 1980, and was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison.
Madonna says she forgives Elton John.
The two have been in the middle of a feud since Madonna criticized a Lady Gaga song and Elton fired back calling Madonna a "fair ground stripper."
During a performance in France this week, Madonna dedicated her song "Masterpiece" to Elton and told the crowd "he's not a big fan of mine. I forgive him."
The First Lady is making an appearance on the "Dr. Oz Show."
Michelle Obama will tape a segment next week to discuss her "Lets Move" campaign, which supports youth fitness.
The episode will air September 14.
