The music world is mourning a man whose lyrics have become household words.
Hal David became of half one of the most successful song writing duos ever when he teamed up with composer Burt Bacharach.
Among their standards: "What The World Needs Now," "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head," and "Close To You."
Hal David was 91 years old.
There's no harmony between the soon-to-be exs Heidi Klum and Seal.
The singer told TMZ that his supermodel wife was sleeping with her bodyguard, Martin Kristen, before the celebrity couple had even separated.
Heidi Klum denies the charge but says she and Kristen have become "very close" since the split.
At the Box Office, "The Possession" took hold of moviegoers.
The fright film scared up 17.7 million dollars from Friday to Sunday.
Placing second, with 9.7 million was "Lawless," about the bootlegging era.
And "The Expendables 2" rounded out the top 3 with 8.8 million.
