HOLLYWOOD - Perennial TV Personality Bob Barker hosted "The Price is Right" for 35 years, but was left off the guest list for the game show's 40th anniversary special.
The 88-year-old says he's fine with the omission, and suspects he wasn't included because of comments he's made criticizing the inappropriateness of some of the prizes.
Barker, a longtime animal advocate, complained to producers for awarding tickets to venues he considers "notorious for animal abuse."
Billie Joe Armstrong has been released from an Italian hospital. The Green Day Lead Singer was admitted Sunday night, just before the band was set to perform in Bologna.
Band mates, Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt, issued a short video apologizing to their fans for the canceled concert, explaining Armstrong was ill.
Reports are he was suffering from "gastric problems."
Finally, Claire Danes says she's expecting "a human being", keeping mum on the sex of her baby.
The "Homeland" star is due early next year with her first child with husband Hugh Dancy.
The actress says there's no plan to write her pregnancy into the series' storyline, and so far, they've been able to keep her "soccer ball" belly, as she describes it, under wraps.
She's in the middle of filming Homeland's second season.
