Last year's surprise hit movie 'The Artist,' not only made stars of  French actors, Jean Dujardin and Berenice Bejo, but also its canine lead,  Uggie.
The black and white silent film about the relationship between an aspiring actress, a movie star and his dog won five Academy Awards, including Best Picture.
Now the film's four legged star is ready to tell his story about his rise to fame in a new book called "Uggie, the Artist: My Story".
The book looks at Uggie's journey from his bad behavior days to his bit parts in several movies and encounters with directors and politicians.

This is not just an ordinary dog, that is just acting in the movies, this is a dog that has a story.
The cast of the new animated movie "Wreck-It Ralph" attended the film's Los Angeles  premiere. 

The animated feature includes the voice talents of John C. Reilly, Jack McBrayer, Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch, Adam Carolla and  Ed O'Neill. 

"Wreck-it-Ralph" is a Disney movie about a video game villain who doesn't want to be the bad guy anymore.  It opens everywhere on Friday.
Superstorm Sandy forced the closure of most of New York's City entertainment industry.  Broadway, Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center all remained dark.
But a couple of the late night shows taped anyway...without a studio audience.  David Letterman and Jimmy Fallon went ahead with their Monday shows with only their bands providing the laugh track.
