Director Ang Lee brings the adventure novel "Life of Pi" to the big screen.

It's a coming-of-age story about a zookeeper's son who survives a shipwreck, and is left alone on a lifeboat with a fearsome bengal tiger.

It's set during the making of his groundbreaking thriller "Psycho" in 1959, and follows his relationship with his wife and partner, played by Helen Mirren.
