Singer Chris Brown could be in trouble with the law again.

Authorities in West Hollywoood are investigating allegations that the Grammy-Winning Singer assaulted a man in a parking lot Sunday.

TMZ reports that the victim told police he was jumped by a couple of guys.

One of them was brown.

He was injured in a brawl with singer Drake last year.

His 2009 attack on then girlfriend Rihanna was well documented.

ABC's Barbara Walters is recovering from the chicken pox!

The View creator and cohost took a fall 10 days ago, developed a fever and was told by doctors to rest.

Turns out that fever was the beginnings of the pox and had nothing to do with her fall.

She's recovering comfortably at a New York hospital and hopes to go home soon.
