North Korea Continues Nuclear Testing

The United Nations will hold an emergency meeting this morning on North Korea's nuclear testing.
South Korea sounded the alarm on the country after an earthquake was detected.
Earthquakes are out of the norm for those two countries.
This latest test appears to be the third of its kind to happen in the last week.
