Two men robbed four boys at gunpoint in Lake City

LAKE CITY, Fla. (WCJB) - Lake City Police say two men robbed four boys at gunpoint and pistol whipped two of them.
Police say it happened on Sunday evening when the boys were walking in the area of SE Saint Johns St. and McCray Avenue. The police report said a car stopped behind them and this is when things turned violent.
The men got out and demanded money, but when two of the boys did not follow orders the men hit them with the gun.
The suspects took off when they realized the boys did not have anything of value.
The two boys were taken to the hospital.
