OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - An Ocala man is going to be paying a hefty fine on top of the six years of time in a federal prison that he’d already been sentenced to.
Michael Sean Riley, 52, was sentenced to 72 months behind bars for laundering drug money in late September.
The judge in Pennsylvania overseeing the case has issued a final ruling that Riley will have to forfeit $800,000, the amount he was accused of laundering.
Riley is serving his time at FCI Coleman in Sumter County.
