GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Dan Mullen did not take long to make changes to his staff.

Just days after UF’s 55-20 loss to Oklahoma, concluding its season, Mullen has fired secondary coaches Ron English and Torrian Gray.

The news was first reported 247Sports.com’s Thomas Goldkamp and confirmed by TV20.

Florida’s defense had a lot of problems in 2020. UF allowed 28 touchdown passes, which is the worst in the SEC and four more than any school. The defense yielded an average of 30.8 points.

According to a source, the Gators are also unlikely to part ways with defensive coordinator Todd Grantham at this time.
