Gainesville Police release images of suspect in a string of robberies
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - 10 businesses throughout Alachua County were robbed starting mid-December by an unnamed suspect, and now Gainesville Police and Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies have his photo.
The suspect wears a lime green face covering. Officers do warn that the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

GPD Public Information Officer Graham Glover said, “there’s this individual out there that is just robbing businesses at will. We certainly want the public to be aware that we had someone strike 10 different businesses, 8 in the city, 2 in the county and we want to find him quickly and we want to bring him to justice.”
Two of the places the suspect has robbed include the Target on 13th street in Gainesville and the Chevron on University ave.
Investigators also have a photo of someone they think is working with the armed robber.
