LAKE CITY, Fla. (WCJB) - After several months, a land study in Columbia County determined Olustee Park is owned by the county and not Lake City.

The park is where a Confederate monument at the center of controversy sits.

The Lake City Manager updated City Commissioners during Monday night’s meeting stating that outside legal counsel made the determination.
