Medical Examiner will not release Delia Young’s autopsy due to the ongoing investigation
GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) -The District 8 Medical Examiner is not releasing the autopsy of 13-year-old Delia Young at this time.
Officials tell TV20 that due to an active investigation, her cause of death will not be shared until a later date.
Last week, Delia’s remains were found in a field north of the city of Alachua. Sheriff’s deputies arrested her guardian Marian Williams, and her aunt Valerie Young.

They are facing multiple charges including homicide and child neglect. On Tuesday, Young entered a written plea of not guilty.
