GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - A cease and desist letter was sent to the Alachua County School Board demanding future votes from board member Diyonne McGraw not be counted.

The letter was sent to the school board attorney by lawyer Jeff Childers who is representing former candidate Khanh-Lien Banko and several others who are suing McGraw for representing the wrong district.
