Gainesville man jailed on charges related to child pornography

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) -A Gainesville man is being held on a bond of nearly two million dollars on charges of child pornography.

Seventy-one-year-old Gerald Morris turned himself in yesterday. He faces 17 counts of possession of child pornography and is pleading not guilty.

Morris is scheduled to return to court for a bond reduction hearing on Thursday.
