Thunderstorms close multiple roads in Alachua County

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Thunderstorms caused downed trees and power lines across Alachua County, forcing the closure of several roads.

Millhopper Road is closed about 3 miles west of Devil’s Millhopper.

Archer Road is closed at Southwest 91st Street in southwest Gainesville.

Highway 441 is closed at County Road 237 near Turkey Creek and at the intersection of Northwest 101st Drive.
