GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Members of the UF College Republicans will have their lawsuit heard in a two-day bench trial before U.S. District Judge Mark Walker.

The group is seeking to stop the University of Florida from disbanding the organization.

UF announced in March the group would dissolve after a student was accused of performing a Nazi salute.

On Friday, Judge Walker denied motions for summary judgment by both parties.

The proceedings begin at 8:30 a.m.
