PALATKA, Fla. (WCJB) — Palatka’s new interim city manager starts Wednesday, and details of her contract have been released.

Cynthia Curry, who resigned as Gainesville’s city manager last year, will make $170,000 over the next year. She will also receive $1,700 a month as a housing allowance.

Curry will have access to a vehicle without restriction or mileage limits. It will have a GPS tracking device. Fuel will be paid for by the city.

correction: A previous version of this article inaccurately reported the housing allowance in the city manager contract and has since been updated.
