WCJB TV20 announces the Star-Spangled Sing-Off winner for North Central Florida

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - For the past few weeks, WCJB TV20 has been searching for a standout performance in North Central Florida with local singers stepping up to deliver their best take on The Star-Spangled Banner.

On Thursday, WCJB TV20 announced that Jerome Huntley received the most votes for the performance he submitted.

Now, he will move on to the next round of the competition, representing North Central Florida against winners from other parts of the country as the Star-Spangled Sing-Off continues.

Regional voting opens June 18 at 8 p.m. ET and continues through June 28 at midnight. Once voting opens, you can make your selection at wcjb.com/contests
