Middle school in Williston has been sold for over $1.8 million through an auction platform

WILLISTON, Fla. (WCJB) - Williston Middle School has officially sold.

According to Lee & Associates Gainesville, the school was sold for $1,885,000 after an online auction conducted through Ten-X, an auction platform.

“This was a unique asset,” said Lauren Vazquez, SIOR, Vice President at Lee & Associates Gainesville, “and the auction process proved to be an effective strategy to drive a successful result for our client.”

The middle school closed on June 5 and is located at 20550 NE 42nd Pl.
