Heavy law enforcement remains after an armed robbery with fleeing suspects, Alachua County deputies say

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - A heavy law enforcement presence remains at the 700 block of Southwest 70th Terrace as of recent reports.

Authorities arrived at the area due to an armed robbery and three suspects who fled. They were wearing all black and face coverings.

According to authorities, the suspects are being actively tracked.

Alachua County Sheriff officials say no shots were fired and no one is reportedly dead.

They encourage witnesses to call the non-emergency line at 352-955-1818 with any information.
