Ballot set for High Springs Commission seat 1 and 2 races

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) - The ballot is set in two High Springs City Commission races after the qualifying period had to start over.

Incumbent Andrew Miller is up against Timothy Guinn Jr. for seat one.

Last month, candidates were disqualified because they were given an outdated loyalty oath.
