Gainesville to move stormwater, solid waste charges to property tax bills

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Customers who use Gainesville Regional Utilities can expect a change in their billing.

Gainesville’s stormwater and residential solid waste service charges will now be included on annual property tax bills instead of monthly GRU billing statements.

City leaders said the new system will not impact any services.
