Levy County man now faces 40 child pornography charges, up from 20

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Investigators in Levy County said they are doubling the number of child pornography charges they are pursuing against a man found with photos and videos of children as young as toddlers.

Evan McQuiston, 43, now faces 40 charges, up from 20.

Investigators said they found additional child pornography on his devices after his initial arrest around the start of the month.

Bond is set at more than $1 million.
