News Reporter
Gainesville, FL

Amber Pellicone joins the TV20 News Team as the morning reporter. Originally from West Palm Beach, Amber graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.

During her years at UCF, Amber was a reporter and anchor for UCF's Knightly News. She also served as the Secretary for UCF's chapter of Radio Television Digital News Association for two years.

While in school, Amber turned her love for storytelling to action with four internships. During her time at WFTV Channel 9 she covered President Trump's arrival in Orlando to announce his 2020 re-election campaign. At News 6 WKMG she got to cover John Legend's visit to Orlando where he advocated for convicted felons to have their voting rights restored. She assisted with FOX 35's coverage for the federal trial of Noor Salman. She also interned in her hometown of West Palm Beach at CBS 12 News.

When she's not out on a story, you can find Amber enjoying the outdoors near the water, or on a nature walk. She's excited to join the WCJB TV20 team and to get to know the Gainesville community.
