A proposed toll road in North Central Florida faces opposition

The Sierra Club is organizing three protests for Tuesday and Wednesday-- and one is scheduled for Gainesville.
The toll road is one of three that would be studied under a bill on the desk of governor DeSantis. It would run north from the existing Suncoast Parkway to the state line.
The Sierra Club is planning a flash mob for Wednesday at 4 p-m at Bo Diddley Plaza.
