GoFundMe created for family of Chewy Distribution Center worker

A worker at the Chewy Distribution Center in Ocala has died on a forklift.

Investigators believe it may have been the forklift that killed him.

Ocala Police say Robert Pete was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Witnesses say Pete was unresponsive and pinned between the forklift and a shelf beam

A worker was able to free him and begin CPR until first responders arrived.

OSHA is investigating.

Police say they do not suspect foul play but an initial review suggests Pete may have had a heart attack.
