Art program helps students with varying exceptionalities

Bell Elementary School's Arts 4 All program Is giving students with varying exceptionalities the ability to turn their special talents into life skills.

Inspiring somebody else is a crucial part of the curriculum at Bell Elementary and there's no better place to find that than Peggy Sue Sternard's classroom.

Peggy Sue teaches children with varrying exceptionalities, meaning an array of students who face mental and physical challenges.

The program is funded by both Suncoast and The Department of Education.

It allows students to not only express themselves through their art but gives them access to technologies like virtual reality and 3D printers.
