COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing in NCFL

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) – Some county health departments across North Central Florida are offering COVID-19 testing at several locations.

Alachua County

The Alachua County Department of Health

Every Wednesday
4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Health officials ask residents to call 352-334-8810 to schedule an appointment. People who don't show symptoms are welcome to receive testing. If your insurance covers COVID-19 testing, payments will be billed. Otherwise it is free.

Clay County

Columbia County
For screening, questions call the Columbia County Department of Health at: 386-758-1068

Gilchrist County
For screening, questions call the Gilchrist County Department of Health at: 352-463-3120

Marion County
Marion County Department of Health

The College of Central Florida
1501 W. Silver Springs Blvd

Testing must be done by appointment only. Call 352-644-2590 to schedule. Marion County Health Department officials extended testing to people who don’t present symptoms.

Hampton Center
1501 W Silver Springs Blvd.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Testing at the Hampton Center is first-come, first-served basis and will be administered in partnership with Ocala Fire Rescue. Testing ends Thurs. May 28.
