The 6th annual Flavors of Florida Showcase will offer a taste of fresh and unique dishes and beverages created from Florida crops. It takes place 6 p.m. To 8 p.m. On Thursday, April 11, in the Champions Club at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Be the first to taste the newest varieties and products. Register by searching for “Flavors of Florida" online. Proceeds will benefit the campus food program at UF, Field and Fork. The program provides opportunities to participate in hands-on courses and activities focusing on sustainable agriculture and food systems.
