FLAGLER, Fla. (WCJB) – As Hurricane Dorian crawls along Florida's eastern coast, residents in Flagler Beach have boarded up their homes and businesses ahead of Hurricane Dorian's arrival.

Some people are trying different ways to pass the time as they wait for Hurricane Dorian to hit.

Carol Fisher, a Flagler County resident, said she's prepped.

"We drive around and houses are boarded up and businesses are boarded up, people are being very careful about it because you don't want to be stupid," Fisher said. "But at the same time it's like, 'alright can you just get on with it?' "
