Florence remains a Cat 4 Hurricane with wind of 140 MPH.

NHC forecast moves Florence WNW towards the coastline of the Southeast through Thursday. Landfall possible from southeast Virginia; eastern North Carolina to northeast South Carolina late Thursday or early Friday as a Cat 4 Hurricane.

Along with hurricane force winds in excess of 130 mph and a destructive storm surge near the coast, inland areas of Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina could experience rainfall totals in excess of 20 inches through Sunday.
