For farmers still recovering after Hurricane Michael, it just got a little easier. On Friday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis extended the state's small business emergency bridge loan program.

The $25 million program will help agricultural producers in designated disaster areas get ready for the upcoming growing seasons. It's all part of recovery efforts from Hurricane Michael.

The state uses the loan to provide cash flow to businesses damaged by the disaster.
