Florida man arrested after threats made on Facebook against a Walmart

WINTER PARK, Fla. (WCJB) -- Florida authorities arrested 26-year-old Richard Clayton, saying he threatened to kill or harm people.

He allegedly made a threat on facebook on August 6th, saying "three more days of probation left, then I get my AR-15 back. Don't go to Walmart next week."

The threat and arrest came after a gunman fatally shot 22 people at in a mass shooting at an El Paso Walmart last weekend.
