FLORIDA(WFTS)-- A recent WalletHub report lists Florida as the 48th safest state in the country — making it the 3rd most dangerous state, but it's not because of gators or flesh-eating bacteria.
Wallet Hub looked at five different kinds of safety: Personal & Residential Safety, Financial Safety, Road Safety, Workplace Safety, and Emergency Preparedness.
Louisiana and Mississippi are the only two states with a worse safety score. Minnesota topped the list as the safest state.
Florida did, however, get a high score among states with the lowest bullying-incidence rate.
