A former employee with the city of Gainesville and the so-called

has signed a plea deal that will send her to jail.

Natwaina Clark, 36, and the state attorney’s office have agreed to a plea deal Thursday after she was accused of using the city’s credit cards for personal use including vacations and cosmetic surgery.

Clark and her attorney agreed to either plead guilty or no contest to two counts of grand theft.

after it was discovered she may have stolen city money to pay for cruises, flights and even a Brazilian butt-lift.

On March 20, a judge will decide whether or not to accept the deal.

Clark could serve anywhere from two to 15 years in jail, and she would have to pay more than $90,000 in restitution.

The judge will determine the length of time served, restitution and probation.
