Gainesville man arrested after vandalizing apartments, throwing concrete chunk into car

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) -

Police in North Central Florida arrested a man after they say he vandalized an apartment complex and a vehicle.

Officers with the Gainesville Police Department arrested 39-year old Reginald Baker on Saturday after he allegedly broke the windows of several apartments in the Treebecka Park complex and threw a chunk of concrete into a car.

Police say one resident came outside to the commotion and Baker tackled her to the ground.

Baker is charged with throwing a deadly missile into a car and a dwelling along with criminal mischief and burglary of a dwelling.
