Gainesville man arrested at rally in Charlottesville, VA

A man from Gainesville is facing charges in connection to the planned rally at emancipation park in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Virginia State officers say James O'Brien, 44, of Gainesville was arrested and is being charged with carrying a concealed handgun.

Two others were also arrested, Troy Dunnigan of Tennessee, charged with disorderly conduct, and Jacob Smith of Virginia, charged with misdemeanor assault and battery.
