GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB)- The former University of Florida quarterback and Gator Great Tim Tebow is celebrating his 32nd birthday today.
During the 2007 season, Tebow was named the starting quarterback for the Gators, when he became the first sophomore ever to win the Heisman Trophy.
In 2008, he led the Gators to a 13-1 record and their second national championship in three years. He was named the offensive MVP of the national championship game.
By the end of his senior year, Tebow held Southeastern Conference's all-time records in both passing efficiency and total rushing touchdowns.
Since his time at UF, Tebow has gone on to play both professional football and professional baseball.
Tebow has now written multiple books, worked as an analyst for SEC Network, and even produced movies!
