GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) -- A Gainesville man was arrested after being accused of arming himself with a samurai sword and swinging it at his brother.

According to Gainesville Police Arrest report, Andrew William Mangas was in an argument over using his brother's car. His brother refused because he claimed that Mangas was drunk and had a suspended license.

Mangas armed himself with a pocket knife and reportedly said "I'll kill you" when his brother tried to get the car keys back. After being disarmed Mangas then grabbed a samurai sword and started swinging it toward him. His brother managed to remove the sword and called GPD.
