Manual recounts begin in several counties in North Central Florida

(WCJB) -- Manual recounts have been called for in two more Florida races.

The U.S. Senate race and Florida agriculture commissioner race will head to a hand recount after the margin of difference was 0.25% or less.

According to Florida's Secretary of State, the hand recount results are due by noon on Sunday.

Here in North Central Florida, some of the hand recounts have already begun.

In Alachua County, the recount began at 5 PM Thursday.

In Bradford County, the recount begins at 10:30 AM Friday.

In Columbia County, the recount begins at 8:30 AM Friday.

In Dixie County, the recount begins at 1 PM Friday.

In Gilchrist County, the recount begins at 1:30 PM Friday.

In Levy County, the recount begins at 1 PM Friday.

In Marion County, the recount began at 5 PM Thursday.

In Suwannee County, the hand recount begins at 9 AM Friday.

Union County will follow, with their recount beginning at 10 AM Friday.
