MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB)-- A Marion County fire station flexed its design skills by crafting a one of a kind table.
The table is 9 feet long and the wood was harvested from cherry trees at the station.
Crews with Sparr Station 19 paid to have the tree trunks milled.
A local water company donated the two fire hydrants for the table's legs.
After it was all put together, they put the station's "Sparr-tans" logo on and sealed it with resin. This table will last for decades.
