Marion County Pets: Meet Alana, Boomer and Cooper

MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) – Let's take a look at some of this week's adorable, adoptable animals from Marion County looking for a forever home.

Alana: Smart and Spirited
Alana is a 10-month-old, female mixed breed dog with a great spirit who's ready to learn new skills. This golden-eyed beauty is smart and will keep you on your toes. They say her beautiful smile always brightens their day at the shelter.

Boomer: A Good Boy
Boomer is an 11-year-old, male mixed breed dog who seems to always be in a good mood. This handsome fellow is ready to meet his furr-ever family.

Cooper: The Hunk a
Cooper is a six-year-old, mixed-breed dog who's looking for anyone who wants to bring home a big dog. They think this 74-pound hunk of love will melt at your feet for a belly rub, or maybe the crinkling of a bag of treats.

Normally the adoption fee for all dogs and cats is only $50, but all month, adoptions are just $20. This also includes their spay/neuter surgeries, county licenses, current vaccinations and microchips.
