Marion County Pets: Meet Coco, Stella and Walter

MARION COUNTY, Fla. (WCJB) – Let's take a look at some of this week's adorable, adoptable animals from Marion County looking for a forever home.

Coco: The Spunky Gal
Coco is a 3-year-old female mixed breed dog. This spunky gal prefers a life of adventure, and she's looking for an owner who can give her a daily dose of exercise. They say she would love to spend some quality time playing fetch with her furr-ever family.

Stella: The Snuggly and Bubbly One
Stella is a beautiful 7-month-old female kitten with a tuxedo coat and brilliant green eyes. They say this bubbly little girl is sure to win over your heart with some snuggles, and you can do the same by being her very best friend.

Walter: The Content Old Chap
Walter is an 11-year-old male mixed breed dog. This old chap is easily content and is looking for a relaxed home where he can enjoy his golden years. We are hoping to match him with a gentle companion who might be retired or works from home.

Normally the adoption fee for all dogs and cats is only $50, but all month, adoptions are just $14. This also includes their spay/neuter surgeries, county licenses, current vaccinations and microchips. Call Marion County Animal Services for more information or visit the shelter Tuesday through Saturday.
