NCFL woman wins million-dollar scratch-off prize

A woman from North Central Florida hit big on a scratch-off prize when she won a million dollars.

40-year old Thomacia Rowe of Lake City claimed the million dollar prize after hitting on the world class cash scratch-off game.

She took her winnings in a one-time lump sum payment of $748,000.

Rowe purchased the ticket from Fast Track foods on SE S.R.-100 in Lake City.

The retailer of the store will receive a $2,000 commission for selling the ticket.
