North Central Florida Flavors with Paige Beck: Executive Chef Lloyd Titus

This is the time of the year when the gulf coast of Florida becomes an underwater Easter egg hunt.

Scallop season is already open in Dixie and parts of Taylor county. Then July 1st, the season will open for the rest of Taylor, Levy, and Citrus counties.

Tonight in North Central Florida flavors we make a scallop dish. While we are using sea scallops you can substitute bay scallops.
