OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) -

The F.B.I. now says the most prolific serial killer in U.S. history did in fact take the life of Rosie Hill in Ocala in 1982.

Agents now confirm 79-year-old Samuel Little murdered at least 50 victims over the course of three decades.

Little claims he has killed as many as 93 victims.

Rosie Hill was last seen in August of 1982 leaving a bar with a stranger.

Four days later, her body was found along County Road 325.

Agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation will continue to verify whether Little actually committed the other murders that he claims.

It's possible a total of 5 of Little's victims were in Florida.
