Polls set to open in Hawthorne for commissioner election

HAWTHORNE, Fla. (WCJB)-- Voters in Hawthorne will head to the polls Tuesday to decide who will fill city seat three.

Incumbent Jimmy Floyd was challenged by Jacqueline Randall.

Voting will run from 7 a.m. through 7 p.m. at the Hawthorne Community Center.

No elections will be necessary for the mayoral and district two seats, incumbents Matt Currency and Tommie Howard, as they were not challenged.
